We invite you to a gastronomic tour, where in the sea, at low tide, you can collect your own hedgehogs (in April-May they spawn, full of sweet, juicy caviar). A master class will be held on opening the hedgehog, and we will eat caviar with wasabi, soy sauce in raw form.
In addition to the hedgehog, we will pick up rapans (a kind of trumpeter), and prepare you in a creamy garlic sauce.
The tour is held in Korsakovsky district, with a snack, rubber boots (or we rent-200 rubles.), A knife large or medium-sized. On the sea there will be a tent, tables and chairs for rest and eating delicacies.
